The most prominent master’s in strategic leadership degrees fall into one of two categories: the independent master of strategic leadership (MSL), or the master of science (MS) in strategic leadership. To the same end, the most typical career path for those who obtain a master’s in strategic leadership – other than serving as a high-level corporate executive – is to work independently or with an umbrella organization as a strategic consultant.
