Requirements for Earning this Degree

Students seeking a master’s in project management advanced degree can expect such coursework as principles of project management, integrated project process management, leadership for the contemporary organization, budgeting and management of operations, planning and administering project contracts, and stakeholder management and organizational behavior. While a bachelor’s degree is often a necessity for admission into most programs, in some cases, some credits earned toward an MS or MBA degree in project management may be counted toward a doctoral degree – usually either a Ph.D in management or a doctor of business administration (DBA).
